What even is creatine? Well, it's an amino acid, but it isn't actually used to make protein. It's found 100% naturally in foods like beef, pork and fish, and you know what else? You also make it in your own body. That's right. You're making it right now, as you're watching this video, while you're looking at me. Disgusting. Yep, that terrible steroid. It's not that your mother is terrified of you getting hooked on is made in the cells of your own body every day. So creatine is a completely normal and healthy part of your metabolism, not some weird artificial substance that has been discovered in a lab by scientists hoping to make super soldiers like I mentioned, as animals produce it in their cells. Creatine is found in animal muscle, and that's why meat eaters tend to have higher levels of muscle creatine than vegans. However, I wouldn't recommend using meat as your primary source of creatine. And that's because to get the same amount of creatine as you'd get in one little scoop of creatine monohydrate powder, you'd need to eat almost 1.3 kilogrammes of beef. Not only does that come with a lot of extra calories, about 1500 calories if you use lean beef, it's also stupidly expensive. That's why creatine supplements can be so beneficial. In fact, continuous supplementation can increase the amount of creatine in your muscles by 20 to 40%.
One of the most highly researched forms of creatine in the world — our hard-hitting powder is scientifically proven to increase physical performance,1 by improving overall power.

Does what it is supposed to
If you are only going to take one supplement, this is what you should be taking. Mixes with anything. I put mining in my pre workout or just water after the gym, but it really doesn't matter. Just take it daily and you are good. Goes Well With:Anything
