What is the Manus Thick Bar Grip PRO?
The Manus Thick Bar Grip PRO is a unique training accessory designed to improve hand and forearm strength in order to maximise training performance and results. Grip strength is often a common weak link for resistance trained athletes and can be the cause of training plateaus, with poor grip strength often being the first reason heavy lifts fail early. By increasing the diameter of your dumbbell, barbell or cable attachments the Manus Thick Bar Grip PRO helps to recruit previously under-used muscle fibres in the forearms, wrists and arms helping to improve grip strength.
