Product Information
Fuse combines Glutamine, Taurine and fast acting carbohydrates. Each 25g serving also provides 5g of Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®) which increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. This also includes a combination of branch chain amino acids (BCAAs) Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine along with Glutamine and Taurine.
Who is Fuse Suitable for?
Fuse is suitable for anyone looking for an increase in some of the key essential amino acids with added creatine throughout the day.
Please note that the labelling on this product is provided in English as a minimum. French, Italian, German, Spanish, Danish, Swedish and Finnish may also be present on a product by product basis.

Creatine improves performance and explosive power†, and carbohydrates promote muscle recovery‡ so to reap the benefits of this product, add 1/2 a large scoop (25g) to 200-300ml of water or juice in a Myprotein shaker before and/or after exercise. †Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. ‡Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. This product is intended to be used alongside an active lifestyle and a balanced diet. Not suitable for vegetarians.
