Excellent stuff but does taste bad but I might of found a solution
    5 out of 5 stars
Yes, it tastes absolutely horrid but the health benefits are excellent so worth the bad taste IMO. It helps with healing, bone strength, teeth re-mineralisation, heart and circulatory health and is a very strong anti oxidant. It also has anti bacterial and anti cancer properties notably for prostate cancer. BE WARNED!!! This stuff tends to stick to the teeth if you are not very careful and you could find yourself having to brush your teeth very well to get the stuff off. I used to take it mixed in water and it really stuck to my teeth causing a brown discolouration which was difficult to remove. I now take it mixed with various things such as Proline, Lysine, Ascorbic acid and Magnesium Carbonate for my circulatory health which creates an acid/base reaction (fizz) to create highly absorbable magnesium salts. I also add 0.5ml of Grape seed extract and 1ml of Green Tea extract and the important one.......2 or 3ml of cayenne pepper. The pepper makes it not tastable IMO. Something in the mix also seems to prevent it binding to the teeth. It might be the magnesium but I am not certain about that. The cayenne pepper drives it around the body as a benefit. I take this about 3 times a day. It works for me. Goes Well With: Cayenne Pepper

    Not so tatsy!
    5 out of 5 stars
Well I did the unthinkable...Grape seed extract arrived and I guessed the dosage which was approx. 2 x dessert spoons. Mixed it with my pre mix and thought I was being poisoned! The taste knocked me for six...Most vile tasting supplement ever experienced and I've had many. However, I came on here to sought advice re reviews and thanks to some great guidance re measurement's and methods of downing this product I can now manage it. Looking forward to the benefits of this product...Have been reading a lot of productive and positive results. Goes Well With: Pre workout mix...

    Grape Seed Taste
    5 out of 5 stars
Try mixing it with just a small amount of hot water, just enough to mix it into a solution. Once mixed add half a mug of sparkling mineral water (carbonated water). stir gently and drink. It's much better that way and the taste is half decent. Don't ask me how it works but it does. Good stuff. Goes Well With: MSM
