Spirulina
I used only a week but I think is very good. I feel fabulous after. Usually I drink combined with a smoothie. Taste is good, with fruits. I never tried be it self.

excellent product.
This superfood is a must for vegans who workout. It tastes awful but the flavour is easy to disguise with some smoothie or juice. Capsules are not as effective. Goes Well With:Whatever sweet food

Spirulina
I have CFS and Fibromyalgia and I take this to help me not feel so exhausted. It's not a miracle cure but it has had an amazing effect - I am able to do so much more. I have walked all the way upstairs without having to stop two or three times for the first time in months. Would definitely recommend it - have recommended it to friends. Goes Well With:Not the nicest of tastes, but I drink it mixed with half apple juice and half water and it's not bad

Disgusting taste
I can't vouch for effectiveness as I can't eat the stuff. I tried by mixing in yogurt, then hummus (better at disguising taste). But I gagged really badly on it, it is absolutely disgusting, and now, the slightest hint of taste, and I gag. Buying capsules now.Goes Well With:Capsules!

Nasty
Thought I would add this to my diet as I am gymming it 5 times a week and playing football twice a week. Tried it twice....1st time I mixed just 5 gram with my protein shake with raspberry flavour drops....2nd time I mixed again 5gram with 200ml of water and loads of flavour drops. DISGUSTING on both occasions, I won't be trying again. You can't mask the taste, especially the after taste. It repeats on you throughout the day making your skin crawl. I'm selling mine to my mate who recommended it to me, he also hates it but says it's worth it. I say not a chance will I be taking this just to look better....no way. HORRIBLE.Goes Well With:NOTHING

Foul, I mean, really awful
This stuff is disgusting. I've tasted some pretty awful stuff in my time (I was a vegetarian in the 80s and 90s...) but this stuff is frankly amazing. The only way that I can stomach it is if it's mixed with fruit juice or in a (big) smoothie with plenty of fruit. The only redeeming factor is that surely it must guarantee everlasting life to justify the taste... or something....Goes Well With:Fruit juice or in a smoothie with banana/blueberries
