Everyone knows that protein is made from amino acids right of the 20 amino acids, nine are essential, meaning we can't make them from other amino acids in our bodies. And we have to get them from our diet of those three are called branched chain amino acids. Because of their branched carbon structure, those amino acids are varying isoleucine. And the most well known Lucy, people know that Protein is essential for building muscle. But people don't actually know why think of your body as a building that has two processes going on at the same time building up and tearing down. If you want to maintain the building, you need to keep the two processes in balance. If you don't do as much building up compared to tearing down, the building gets smaller, think of your muscles shrinking. On the other hand, if you do more building off the normal, the building or your muscles get bigger over time. This building up process is called muscle protein synthesis. And the tearing down process is called muscle protein breakdown. Both happen all the time in our bodies. But there are a couple of things that we can do to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. The first is exercise, especially resistance exercise. This is the most important signal for starting muscle protein synthesis. Think of it as opening the gates of a construction site without a signal from exercise. Muscle growth doesn't really happen. The other way we can increase MPs is by eating protein. soy foods like whey protein that are high in BCAAs are really useful for stimulating muscle growth, especially after exercise.
An everyday blend of the essential amino acids — leucine, isoleucine, and valine, these naturally occur in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle1 — making sure your body’s prepared to tackle your next training session.

Bcaa berrys
I was incredibly pleased with this product not only does it mix well and go down easy but it tastes phenominal to the point where i look forward to it everyday as someone who is trying to swear off fizzy drinks in exchange for water it helps me get through my cravings for them as i i couldnt tell the differnce between them thats how spot on the taste of this product is as for effectiveness you cant go wrong either as i have felt far better going the gym regularly and recovering more effectivly since taking this and other products from this site.Goes Well With:If like me you also take creatine and have the non flavoured kind then mixing it along with this bcaa mix is a great way to give your body 2 of its key muscle building and working elements in one tastey go.

Berry Burst is the GOAT
I haven't tried BCAA powders from other brands so let me start with the fact that there is some acidity to it. First I tried the Mango & Peach and it was somewhat bitter and sour and overall very artificial. Now, Berry Burst is a solid 10/10. Mix it with milk and it is like a berries and cream milkshake. Mixability is average, or maybe just my arms are weak for now.Goes Well With:Milk

Not a placebo effect, I think it really works!
I always thought it was a placebo effect with BCAA powder, but I stopped using it for a few weeks and noticed my body was way more achy after workouts and took longer to recover. Started taking it again and I really think it makes a HUGE difference with recovery and also how well I train. Since buying again the flavour has improved massively. Before it was really powdery with not much flavour, now it mixes much better and has a more punchy flavour. Would defo recommend!
