The seeds of the Flax (or Linseed) plant have been used throughout history as a source of fibre and fatty acids, containing both soluble and insoluble fibre. It is free of sugars, soy, dairy, fillers, flavours, and preservatives and is cold milled to ensure the powder isn't damaged during the production process.
Flaxseed is one of nature's richest sources of omega-3 essential fatty acids being high in ALA which contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.
Flax Seed Powder has a nutty taste, is brown in colour and is an excellent supplement for anyone wanting to increase their intake of essential fatty acids or boost their calorie consumption.
Add 150-250ml of water or fruit juice into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 2 MP small scoops (5g), shake and consume. Use 1-3 times daily or as required.

"Flaxseed is a super food, good for you for a multitude of reasons all of them related to YOUR good health, and as sure you should try to include it in your diet. However it does have a very strong nutty flavour that I mislike very much. The solution to getting it down my neck without feeling the need to heave afterwards was adding a tea-spoon of it to my shake twice daily. 2 scoops of instant oats, 1 (larger) scoop of protein (chocolate smooth flavour) a tea-spoon of flaxseed and the world is yours. I have used up my current stock of it and will be ordering more soon, so should you."
