Hurricane XS is an 'all-in-one' formula designed to help with recovery after an intense bout of exercise by providing a blend of protein, carbohydrates (Dextrose and InstantOats), Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®) and HMB (Beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate).
Hurricane XS includes a high protein combination of Whey Protein Isolate and Whey Protein Concentrate to contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean muscle mass. There is also 5g of Creatine Monohydrate (Creapure®) in each serving to increase physical performance in successive bouts of short-term, high intensity exercise, and 1.5g of HMB (Beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate) per serving.

This is ideal for anyone taking part in intense physical activity and is looking to increase daily protein and carbohydrate intake. It is recommended to consume Hurricane XS immediately post work-out.
Hurricane XS can be taken with water or milk as a smooth post workout shake, or if you feel like getting creative, you can incorporate Hurricane XS into your favourite yoghurts and desserts.
Add 350ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 2 MP large scoops (70g), shake and consume. We recommend 2 servings daily, preferably one in the morning and one post workout. If you workout in the morning take one serving before you workout and one serving 6 hours later.

I'm not commenting on the effectiveness so you can ignore the 5* but as far as taste goes it tastes like someone added in a bag of sugar at the end. My flavour is Chocolate smooth so whether or not it is just this or all of them I dunno but my days it is just too sweet. Goes Well With:Milk

I found this mixes well enough but if left a minute or two there will be sediment at the bottom.
The taste is sweet but I found it OK, I had Chocolate.
It did provide an energy boost and helped me to lift early morning.
I will use this again and would recommend it. Goes Well With:Water

I've gained 5kg of muscle in one month so the Hurricane XS works, but it doesn't taste nice.

"I start using this over 5 weeks ago, I have noticed a big increase in strength in such a short time. I can also see a big difference in my chest, shoulders, back and arms. the down side to this supplement is I have been putting on extra flab around my mid section which i am not impressed with. My second bag has just arrived and I am afraid to use it in case I gain any more flab. I will try the diet Whey next with some fat burners. Great for strength and bulking!!!!!"

"Just wanted to say something to everyone : GAINERS SHOULD HAVE LUMPS AND SHOULD BE HARD TO MIX because its FOOD in POWDER its gonna have lumps. Protein shouldn't. But gainers should, if it wouldnt have lumps then you should be worried. Otherwise just drink your meal! :)"
