What is Impact Diet Whey?
Impact Diet Whey is a great tasting supplement which contains a unique blend of Whey Protein and Milk Protein Concentrate combined with a low carbohydrate content sourced from low GI (Glycaemic Index) carbohydrates. Impact Diet Whey also has a number of added ingredients including Green Tea Extract, Acetyl-L-Carnitine and Essential Fatty Acids.

Impact Diet Whey has a high protein content that will contribute to the growth and maintenance of lean mass. The added Instant Oats are a healthy source of low GI (glycemic index) carbohydrates providing a sustained energy release which help to maintain normal blood sugar levels. The beta-glucans from the oats will contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels and to the reduction of the blood glucose rise after it is consumed.
Who is Impact Diet Whey Suitable for?
Impact Diet Whey is ideal for anyone taking part in intense, physical exercise looking to increase daily protein intake without consuming unnecessary carbohydrates, fat or calories. Impact Diet Whey is recommended for anyone looking to reduce body fat levels but maintain or increase lean mass. It is advised to consume Impact Diet Whey throughout the day to increase daily protein intake or before/after a workout as a source of protein.
Add 250-350ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 2 heaped MP large scoops (58g), shake and consume. We recommend up to 2 servings a day, one in the morning and another after exercise or between meals.

I got unflavoured to mix with things. Worked really well and really bulked up my meals and kept my kcals low.Goes Well With: I mixed it in shakes, fruit & veg smoothies, porridge worked well.

Wasn't really loving the taste at first however if you mix it with Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt. t it's actually delicicous for breakfast or for making a smoothie with.Goes Well With:Low Fat Strawberry Yogurt

The product works well, but mixes poorly.
I have found good lean mass gains from this product and that is perfect for evening training as it helps supress hunger after training as well as aiding recovery.
The gains I have seen are not substantial but they have been all lean body mass which is exactly what I had wanted from the product.
The Strawberry Shortcake taste is quite pleasant, but does not mix well. I have tried varying different mixes/ratios of both water and milk and there is always lumps of unmixed protein powder in the shake. This has a tendency to settle at the bottom and clump together so you need to shake before each drink, and be prepared for a large dose of powder at the end.
Having said that though I don't mind having to shake before each drink and the best mix I have found is to use 2 scoops with 600ml of skimmed milk at room temperature, (colder milk will clump more)Goes Well With:2 scoops with 600ml of skimmed milk at room temperature, (colder milk will clump more)

I had the chocolate mint Impact Diet Whey which I didn't like the taste of. It mixed great with water though. I've ordered the strawberry so hopefully I will like the taste of this one.Goes Well With:Water

Love the taste. Find it doesn't mix that well with water. But mixes great with skimmed milk. I have a shake for breakfast and another one after training.Goes Well With:Skimmed milk

Impact Diet Whey tastes great and is filling. Mixes great so you don't feel like you're drinking lumps of protein and settles well in your stomach unlike other protein drinks I have had in the past from other brands.Goes Well With:Water or milk works great.
