What is Soy Protein Isolate?
Soy Protein Isolate is made from 100% NON-GMO defatted soy beans suing a stringent process which removes a vast majority of the fat and carbohydrate content. The resulting product yields over 90% protein content with minimal fat and carbohydrate, whilst being completely free of lactose. Soy Protein Isolate is the boasts a comprehensive amino acid profile - including 6.6g Leucine per 100g.

Soy Protein Isolate is ideal for anyone looking to increase daily protein intake. It is recommended to consume Soy Protein Isolate either before or after a training session or at any time throughout the day to increase protein intake.
Add 250-350ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 heaped MP large scoop (30g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.

Please note this nutritional information is taken from the unflavoured version. When choosing a flavoured version it will reduce the protein content by approximately 3% for most flavours, however chocolate, due to the added cocoa, will reduce it by approximately 8%.

Ordered this product because other protein powders leave feeling bloated and gassy. No such complaints from this one tastes great mixes easily and have seen the benefits in terms of body shape.

Taste is a bit strange but not bad. Mixes fine. Only downside, and it is a big one, is that it forms a thick and persistent foam in the shaker. If you let it settle the top 40% of the container is pure foam, which makes it very difficult and unpleasant to drink. I'm toying with the idea of leaving it overnight to see if the foam dissipates, I wouldn't be surprised if it just sat there forever.
Unflavoured Soy protein isolate

I have been looking for a vegan protein powder for a while now (because I'm lactose and egg intolerant) and am very happy to report that I've had no issues with this powder. It mixes reasonably well into a protein shake but being unflavoured doesn't taste the best on its own. But otherwise works well in combination with fruit or added to porridge. OVerall I definitely recommend this product.Goes Well With:Porridge

I got the unflavoured protein so not to take away from the protein% and it's great for recovery! I've tried other brands of soy protein before and none have worked so well for me! The only down side is that it tastes a bit funky but if you chug it down you don't have time to even think about the taste ;) great for a lactose and gluten free diets :D

Found this to be a very good protein supplement to my vegan weight loss diet. The chocolate flavour tastes very nice and it has really helped to stop cravings for carbs and fat between meals.Goes Well With:soy milk, water or almond milk.

Soy Isolate Experience

I've converted from Impact Whey protein to Soy Isolate two months ago for the following reasons: 1. I prefer to stay lactose free and 2. I purchased it cheap in the clearence section so I thought I'd give it a go. My muscle recovery hasn't been hindered at all after training and if anything I find that I recover a little faster with less DOMS. In short, don't be afraid to convert to soy or throw soy protein into your current supplement stack. It is cheaper and just as, if not more effective (in my experience) than whey.
