Best casein that I tried so far. Cheap when you buy in a lot and if you buy lots of times you rather buy more in one go. Mixes well with water or milk, optimum for protein shakes, for me vanilla or unflavoured is the best option. 

Mix with milk until you get a nice smooth consistency, pop in the fridge, my evening staple. Feels like having a dessert, add some toppings if you’re feeling creative.  Goes Well With: Milk 

Amazing taste, easy to digest before night sleep.  Goes Well With: I’ll mix 1 scoop with coconut milk and frozen banana or frozen strawberries.

Easy mixing with water, but with milk better on the taste, but mixing with milk not very well .in the bottle of shake left some small pieces of the protein.

Definitely nicer than expected - got the plain flavour and mixed with 300ml lactose free milk and some vanilla flat drops it’s a bit like a vanilla milkshake. Helps a lot after getting back into lifting weights which was making me achey. This really helps alleviates the two day later soreness.   Does leave a bit of a film on your teeth if you don’t let it settle from the mixer bottle but overall does the job.  An easy add to breakfast smoothies, adding nut butter helps the overall texture and taste. leaving it to settle for a few mins also helps with texture.  Goes Well With: Peanut butter, vanilla flav drops, Greek yogurt, milk
