So after embarking on a weight loss mission I started tracking meals  It became apparent I wasn’t eating anywhere near as much protein as I should so after careful research I ordered with myprotein- the flavour reviews helped and I ordered 2 samples chocolate coconut and strawberry both were not great So I went straight in with 1kg of chocolate smooth- when mixing with a shaker lump free and awesome taste- and I’m having it with water not milk so that says a lot! Will defo be buying more- a very easy way to increase your protein intake! X

Love these samples!! Perfect for traveling and portion size. I have so many different flavours in the morning or during the day. Lovely flavour not too heavy. Goes Well With: I love having mine in the morning with Greek yogurt but you can put it with milk for example and make a shake up. 

This tastes great and mixes well. I would recommend Goes Well With: Milk or water
