I only use for morning workouts and I do think it helps giving a extra kick to the workout.The taste is so tart and sour. It's really hard to get over. I would try again with another flavour.

If you can get over the taste it’s worth the kick it gives you. I started with half a sachet. It’s very sweet. Goes Well With: Just take it quickly!

Pre-work out gel is giving real help it boost your Engery and helps you lift more weight and do more exercises , I have experienced it when I eat it I do all my exercises and still energetic 

Works well. Flavours not great but fine. Don’t feel jittery just a nice boost 

The gel pre are great they are a fast acting product and the rush you get from it lasts for awhile just wish there where more better options with the flavouring
