The strawberry cream flavour tastes great in skimmed milk. I go for a double serving which equates to over 50g protein from various sources. Also makes the taste more rich and creamy. Goes Well With: Skimmed milk.

24g protein per scoop. Mixes easily and tastes great.  I buy Vanilla and I’ve used it for home made Protein Bars & Protein Mousse  too. 

Delivery - great. This, choc smooth, was by some accounts the least sweet and the most palatable flavour. It is nasty. Who, over the age of 7yrs, needs anything to taste this sweet? And synthetic. I've got one months supply to give away or grimace down. Will try unflavoured.

I enjoy taking this powder, it’s high in protein in comparison to others and is great for recovery.
