Good quality product. Good value really does help with sleep. 

Taken these before they are really good they do exactly what is says on the bottle Feel so much better for taking them . 

Sleep is now solid, my only caution would be if you tend to sleep for shorter periods of time as I wake up a bit more groggy then normal. Overall a supplement well worth adding for the cost.
