Ordered this product was not disappointed its great.
It mixes very well with either water or milk only 1 scooping at the minute but will be doubling up in a few weeks.
So far it has made a great difference too my workouts.

UNFLAVORED WHEY ISN'T PLEASANT WITH WATER. BUT ITS OK IF MIXED VIGOROUSLY TO REDUCE THE CLUMPS OF THE POWDER AND IT TASTES OKAY WITH JUICE AND ALSO MILK.

This Abs Pack bundle is fantastic, unflavoured whey Isn't nice, so I use it in juice. The 180 CLA is perfect, 6 a day for a month.
