This stuff is great!! Really gives you the boost before your workout and for replacement for food it actually fills you up and it tastes so nice with milk or with water taste the same! Would recommend to family & friends and I will be buying it again! Very happy with this product and exellent price!

Pretty happy with this purchase. Been using it for a week and I see some results. I usually have a shake in the evening after i cycle back from work, but I am still hungry after it. Because the bars are made from chocolate I am tempted to snack on them (more than one serving, again happens in the evening). Not sure about the effectiveness of the thermopure pills, but in some mornings they do give me a boost so I can finish my workout. Would like to have the vanilla velvet included in the pack instead of the chocolate one, but I believe I will buy it further. <B>Goes Well With:</B> a bit of peanut butter thrown in the mix. Add lukewarm water (for a better taste and mix)
