Generally have great success with MP products, but not overly impressed with recovery evo. Decided to give it a go in place of my normal lean whey recovery shake, but seem to be taking longer on recovery with more DOMs. Tried it for about 2 weeks with a few variations but no joy. Overall not too impressed - and the flavour isn't great!

I have been using the recovery pack for a few weeks now. It's working well, I am finding I am not so sore after my training, a feel to have more energy when training. I am using it to supplement my marathon training, as recovery from long or hard runs is my main priority at the moment. It mixes ok, always get a few bits of powder which will not mix. The taste is not nice, I feel it only needs one flavour not two. the L glutamine mixes better with juice not water. The zinc tablets are easy to take only need to take 3 a day about an hour before you go to bed. Overall the pack is good I would get it again. My protein please just sort out the flavours.
