This product is unflavoured and so doesn't taste great and also can be a little difficult to mix of you haven't got the know how.... BUT Make it up into a paste with a little fruit juice and then top up with water it tastes fine and mixes fine. Plus, the benefits I've noticed (especially for digestion) have been brilliant. Top quality product for a remarkably good price!!! Goes Well With: Fruit juice, water and bit of know how.

May sound crazy but if mix with soya or almond milk and 2 heaped teaspoons of bran, warm in microwave omg it's gorgeous, but mix well before warming otherwise lumpy. Filling
