I take the recommended amount, 2 before my workout and 2 after my workout. Since taking them I have noticed the muscle aches I use to get really bad after a workout have almost fully disappeared, leaving me feeling good the next day ready to train hard again. I train weights in the gym 4 times a week, as well as swim 4 days a week too, which I have also noticed a difference in, allowing me to push myself harder than ever without fatiguing as quickly as I use to. Overall, great product, would recommend to anyone who works out or is beginning their fitness journey.

I've purchased the BCAA tablets for when I am away from home and can't easily take the BCAA powder with me. I expect it to work as well as the powder. I had to put reviews in the optional fields (taste, mixability and effectiveness, some of which are not relevant)
