Works pretty well really helps with the work out.

Really effective and fast acting. Increased my intensity massively. Mixed really well. Tastes super sweet but personally I appreciate that.

So this is a pretty go pre workout that does what any good pre workout should do… and more. One of the main reasons I chose this over many other is the Beta-alanine content, however I just discovered a major side effect of it. Excessive itching!! For at least an hour after taking it. Doesn’t go against the product itself, if anything, it’s too effective but anyone buying should be aware of this. 

Mixes well, gives you a decent boost BUT it gives you diarrhoea like no other preworkout ever has done. Affects my partner in the same way. Won’t be buying again. Stick with The Preworkout instead.

I’ve recently changed to this pre-workout from a different MyProtein one, and this version has been great - the caffiene content is much higher meaning I feel energised and ready for my workouts in the morning! Goes Well With: Impact Creatine Powder
