Having put on two stone with long Covid, I’ve been trying to get back into exercise and better eating, I try to stick to Keto and intermittent fasting and the company I used to buy shakes from when into administration so decided to give My Protein a go. I have to say, the shakes are delicious; I whizz mine in the breville with 300mls of water, a few ice cubes and a tablespoon of raw  and I’m full. I only have one a day as my ‘last’ around 5pm and I’m not wanting to eat anything else.  Goes Well With: Cacao powder

The Chocolate flavour is awful. Tastes like chemicals. Will not be buying this again. I'll be going back to the Strawberry flavour as this was delicious! Goes Well With: Nothing

Bought the vanilla one but it has a terrible sharp taste that makes it very hard to drink, like licorice.

My go to product, to help with calorie control and to stop me eating rubbish! Easy to mix, no issues with clumping or a gritty texture I’ve had with other brands. Won’t be going anywhere else. Really nice tasting products the only one that I can’t say I get on with is the chocolate flavour, for me it has a strange after taste, the rest are amazing!
