Really awful after taste. I think I got a little buzz from it but a medium strong coffee would have been more effective. Sorry, but no. 

If you mix this as per the instruction i.e. 10g in 300 mls water its fruity and sweet to drink but does have some heat when swallowed. (From someone with a curry limit of chicken tikka!) If you throw it in half a glass of water its probably horrible...what do you expect considering the list of ingredients!!? Dont believe the negative comments about the taste, its fine mixed properly. Having said that I didnt find it to have a great effect for me its obviously high in caffeine but I didnt feel anything beyond that. They have different effects on different people so well worth trying a sample, it may work great for you. Goes Well With: Leg day.

Great product and does what it says. Didn't get the initial tingle that you expect with a PW, so it did make me question whether it was 'working' or not, but definetly felt the benefits during the workout, more than with alot of other PW's. Taste was pretty good too. Would buy again Goes Well With: Water

Had a sample included with a recent order and was initially sceptical about the effectiveness of the pre workout and also the effect of bloating etc . No need to worry. Tasted great, no bloating and a really good energy boost before my workout and no shaking either. Goes Well With: Water

Good flavour and effective. Didn't get the usual tinglies, which isnt a bad thing, but it definetly improved my workout! Initially it felt like it wasnt working due to not having the usual feeling with pre-workouts do, but it gave that extra push that the others didn't. Would recommend and might use thing more in the future! P.s. no ill effects on the stomach either! Goes Well With: Water Sweat, tears, the pump
