Started taking these to help me shed the weight and they seem to work. No taste to them, so that's fine, but they are big so you will need some water to swallow them.

Started taking these as part of a calorie deficit diet which had started to stagnate. Pretty quickly these seem to have been helping the scale numbers start to descend again at a good rate

The first week these were good I lost a pound so thought great they doing something. Second week and I could t go to toilet  Days went by I was drinking plenty water like it says and nope it got terrible never had pain like it  Hopefully it’s just for some people but I won’t take them again now.  Goes Well With: Water and fibre is a must or beware you will be very unwell
